If you have a stone with sentimental value, we are happy to design a piece inspired by its color, cut or character using a comparable stone from our sourcing.

If you are changing the stone or metal on an existing Aquamarise design, we do not produce a CAD unless you request one, and tungsten, titanium, Damascus, sterling silver and vermeil pieces are made directly from your brief. The render is a reference for the setting and design only: it does not reflect the actual colors of the metal or stone. Design work is a real time investment for our bench, and the order-first model is what lets every gold and platinum ring get unhurried attention. You are never locked in: once your render arrives you review it, request revisions until it is exactly right, and if you are not satisfied after revisions and do not want to proceed, you receive a full refund as long as production has not started. Yes. Revisions are expected on new-design solid gold and platinum commissions, and most go through two or three rounds before approval. Change the band width, adjust stone size or spacing, alter the gallery, move from a halo to a hidden halo, or swap the setting style entirely. Casting begins only once the render matches what you want, and the approved render becomes the design reference our warranty is measured against. Judge the render for shape, proportions and setting details; the metal and stone colors it shows are not the finished colors.

No. A CAD render is a design reference for the setting, proportions and stone placement, so you can check that every prong, curve and band width is where you want it. It is not a color-accurate picture of the finished ring: the tone of the gold, the depth of a sapphire or the play of light in a moissanite come from the real materials and our hand finishing. Custom and made-to-order pieces are produced for one person and are handled under our custom and personalized orders policy rather than the standard returns and refunds policy. That is why the design approval stage exists for gold and platinum: you sign off before we cast. Anything that arrives not matching the approved design is our responsibility under the Aquamarise warranty and replacement policy, and orders can be cancelled before production starts under the cancellation policy.

Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush handle routine cleaning for most metals and stones, and pieces should be stored separately so harder stones do not scratch softer ones. Softer stones such as moss agate and opal need gentler handling than diamond or sapphire, vermeil should be kept away from perfume and pools, and Damascus steel is iron-based so it must be kept dry.
