Every review is written by a customer whose order is on file. On aquamarise.com, reviews are collected and verified by Judge.me, which has awarded the shop its Platinum Authentic medal (at least 99% of published reviews verified) and Gold Transparent medal (at least 95% of reviews received are published). Yes. Natural stones such as moss agate, black onyx, garnet, sapphire, amethyst, Herkimer diamond and mystic topaz are cut and set as described. Lab-created stones such as alexandrite, opal and lab-grown diamonds are labelled lab-created, and simulated diamonds are labelled simulated. Every moissanite ring ships with a GRA certificate. The stone type and origin are named on each product page, so you always know what you are buying.

Sterling silver is a living metal: it can dull with skin oils and sulfur in the air, and it polishes back to bright in seconds with a soft cloth. 14K gold vermeil is a thick gold layer over sterling silver; it keeps its colour with normal care but is not immune to abrasion, so take rings off for the gym, the pool and cleaning products. Black ruthenium behaves like vermeil. Tungsten carbide and titanium bands do not tarnish. None of our metals turn skin green; that reaction comes from copper-heavy base metals we do not use. Manufacturing defects are covered for 100 days on sterling silver, vermeil, black ruthenium, titanium and Damascus steel, and for life on solid gold, platinum and tungsten carbide. Finish wear from daily use is not a manufacturing defect, and we say so up front rather than after the fact. A wrong size is exchanged free once within 14 days. If a ring that looks like ours is sold anywhere other than aquamarise.com, our Etsy shop or Foreverrings, it is a copy, not made by us, and not covered by our warranty.

Fourteen days from delivery for unworn, non-custom pieces in their original packaging. U.S. returns get a prepaid label with a flat $7 deducted from the refund, one exchange is complimentary, and refunds are issued within 7 business days of inspection. U.S. standard shipping is free on every order. Ready-to-ship pieces leave the studio in 1 to 4 business days and arrive in 3 to 10 days; FedEx 2Day and Overnight are available at checkout.
