Every set pairs an 8mm band with a narrower companion at 2mm, 4mm or 6mm, and the choice is mostly about presence. A 2mm companion reads as a fine line and disappears under a cuff; 6mm gives the second hand nearly as much weight as the first. Very little is needed. Wipe both bands with a soft dry cloth to keep the inlay bright, and use warm water with a drop of mild soap only if something has dried on, drying thoroughly afterward.
