How long does it take to receive a response?+
We typically reply to all messages within 1 business day. During holidays or high-volume seasons responses may take a little longer — but you will hear from us soon.
When will my order ship?+
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–4 business days. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces in solid gold or platinum typically take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Can I request a custom design?+
Absolutely. Include your gemstone preference, metal type (we customize in solid gold or platinum only), and any inspiration photos when you contact us, and we will provide a quote and estimated timeline.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?+
Yes. At checkout you can split any order into four interest-free payments with Shop Pay Installments or Klarna, or spread orders from $150 over 3, 6 or 12 months. Our financing page lists the exact tiers, fees and how returns work with a plan.

Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide to most countries. When customs duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, there are no additional tariffs or surprise fees on delivery.
What if my jewelry needs repair or resizing?+
We offer repairs for eligible pieces and resizing for solid gold and platinum rings. Include your order number, photos, and a short description of the issue, and we will guide you through the next steps.
I have trouble using the website. Can you still help me order?+
Yes. If any part of aquamarise.com is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier or voice control, email help@aquamarise.com with what you were trying to do and we will describe pieces, confirm sizing or place the order for you.
