Yes! Aquamarise will ship to APO addresses. However, it is important to note that due to restrictions from the US Military and USPS, Military mail is delivered between 7 and 10 business days but can take up to 30 days for delivery depending on the destination.

All our rings come in a complimentary velvet ring box. At this time, we do not offer box selection.

It depends on the value of the item. For domestic orders, most shipments valued under $1000 do not require a signature. Orders over $1000 will require one, so please ensure you're available to sign for the package. For international orders, we typically don't require a signature unless the order exceeds $1000. However, certain shipping methods and carriers may still request a signature for international shipments.

Yes, international customers will prepay taxes and duties during checkout, so no additional charges will apply upon receiving the package. Please note that these fees are collected by your country, and we do not retain or keep any portion of them. Additionally, they are separate from the shipping fees.

At Aquamarise, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for most items. To be eligible, the merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery in its original, pristine condition. Please keep in mind that items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded. Furthermore, engraved, altered, or customized pieces are considered final sale.

Engraved rings are considered final sale. However, we offer resizing and alterations for most styles. For sterling silver and tungsten carbide, there is a flat fee of $55 per ring for size adjustments (exclusions may apply). For solid gold and platinum pieces, the price for resizing varies depending on the metal and the complexity of the design.

We gladly accept ring size exchanges for all non-custom sterling silver, vermeil jewelry, and tungsten carbide jewelry.
