We offer hassle-free returns and a one-time complimentary exchange on eligible non-custom items to ensure your experience is as magical as your jewelry.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns for non-custom items if they do not meet your expectations.
Return Eligibility:

Please initiate your return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in brand-new, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all U.S. orders. A $7 postage fee will be deducted from your refund when using this service.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving your return. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to finalize the transaction.

There are no additional fees for standard returns.

Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Restocking Fees:

As all of our solid gold and platinum items are custom made-to-order, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

There are no restocking fees on sterling silver, vermeil, stainless steel, titanium, or tungsten carbide pieces.
Additional Notes:

Shipping fees and customs duties (for international orders) are non-refundable.

International returns must be shipped with all duties prepaid to ensure successful delivery to our studio. Packages returned with unpaid duties will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Aquamarise is not liable for any loss or theft of return packages if a personal carrier is used.
Exceptions:
EXCHANGES
We offer a one-time free exchange for non-custom U.S. orders, excluding solid gold and platinum pieces.
Exchange Policy:

Please submit your exchange request within 14 days of delivery.

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label and exchange instructions.

The item must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and include original packaging.

Exchanges are limited to ring size adjustments or product variations of equal or lesser value.
Additional Notes:

Only one exchange per order qualifies for free shipping.

A $10 postage fee applies to any second exchange request.

If you choose to return an item after a previous free exchange, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer exchanges for custom or engraved pieces. Alteration services may be available at an additional cost.

Aquamarise is not responsible for lost or stolen exchange packages if a personal shipping method is used.
International Exchanges:
CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Customers with an Aquamarise account can also update their shipping address directly by logging into their account.
Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Sterling Silver, Vermeil, and Tungsten Carbide Pieces

Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but the item may be returned within the standard 14-day return window.
Solid Gold, Platinum, and Customized Pieces

You may request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase.

After this time, cancellations may not be possible if production has already begun.
