RETURNS | EXCHANGES | CANCELLATIONS

At Aquamarise, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for most items. To be eligible, the merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, pristine condition. Please keep in mind that items showing signs of wear cannot be exchanged or refunded. Furthermore, engraved, altered, or customized pieces are considered final sale.

 

RETURNS

 

 ►Please contact us   to initiate return/exchange request within 30 days after receiving the item, someone from our team will contact you within 1-3 business days with return instructions.

►Please include your original order number and your contact information (name, email, phone number) with your message.

►Please ship the item back within 30 days of delivery. We will process the refund within 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be processed. Please note, as all of our solid gold and platinum items are custom made-to-order, there will be a restocking fee of 20% deducted from your refund. There are no restocking fees on sterling silver, vermeil, and tungsten pieces.

►All merchandise must be in brand new and unworn condition. Items showing obvious signs of alteration by a jeweler will not be accepted. If a piece is returned in a used and heavily worn condition, it will be sent back to the address shown on your receipt.

►All custom, semi-custom, personalized items are final and not returnable.

►Buyers are responsible for return and exchange postage.

►Postage on all returned items is non-refundable.

►No returns or exchanges will be accepted without prior return authorization.

►Shipping fees and customs duty (for international orders) are non-refundable.

Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or theft that may occur during the transit of return/exchange packages.
►Please note that some countries impose customs duties for international packages. Buyers are responsible for these charges. Customs duties are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

 ►We gladly accept ring size exchanges for all non-custom sterling silver, vermeil jewelry, and tungsten carbide jewelry. 

►Please contact us to initiate return/exchange request within14 days after receiving the item. Someone from our team will contact you within 1-3 business days with exchange instructions.  ►Please note that we don't offer size exchanges for any custom or engraved pieces. 

►All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition.

CHANGING AN ORDER OR SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you wish to make any changes with your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

  CANCELLING AN ORDER

 ►Sterling silver, tungsten carbide, and vermeil pieces:

Please contact us if you would like to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued to the form of the original payment for items that haven't been shipped. We cannot cancel the orders once shipped. But you can send it back for a refund once received. 

 

►Solid gold, platinum, and customized pieces:

You can request a cancellation within 8 hours of purchase. Once the cancellation window has passed, your order may not be canceled if we have already started working on it.
