This Cancellation Policy explains when an order may be canceled, how cancellation windows differ by product type, and what to do if an order has already shipped.


1. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible at help@aquamarise.com.

  • Changes may be possible only before the order is fulfilled or shipped.

  • Once a shipping label is created or the order enters packing/production, changes may be limited.


2. Cancellations for Non‑Custom Items

Sterling Silver, Vermeil, and Tungsten Carbide Pieces

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment, unless the order includes engraving or personalization.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If eligible, the item may be returned under our Returns & Refunds Policy within the standard return window.


3. Cancellations for Solid Gold, Platinum, and Customized Pieces

Solid Gold, Platinum, and Customized Pieces (including custom and personalized orders)

  • You may request cancellation within 8 hours of purchase.

  • After 8 hours, cancellation may not be possible if production has begun (including sourcing materials, casting, engraving, setting, polishing, or other made-to-order work).

Because these items are often made specifically for the customer, cancellation requests submitted after the window are not guaranteed.


4. Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be canceled.

  • If the item is eligible, you may request a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy once the package is delivered.

Refused or undeliverable shipments may still be subject to return requirements and applicable fees, depending on the reason for return and condition upon arrival.


5. Refund Timing for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by payment provider and typically appears within several business days after the cancellation is confirmed.


6. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Aquamarise® reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order where permitted by law, including (but not limited to) suspected fraud, verification issues, pricing errors, or inventory/production limitations. For more information, see our Fraud & Abuse Policy.
