This Limited Warranty sets forth the legal terms and conditions governing warranty coverage for jewelry purchased from Aquamarise. Please read this document carefully, as it defines your rights and obligations.

1. Warranty Coverage

Aquamarise warrants that its jewelry products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the applicable warranty period, as outlined below.

This Limited Warranty applies only to jewelry purchased directly from Aquamarise and is valid only for the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

2. Warranty Period

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies as follows:

  • Sterling Silver, Vermeil, Tungsten Carbide, Titanium, and Steel Jewelry
Covered for 100 days from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

  • Solid Gold and Platinum Jewelry
Covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects for customers residing in the United States.

A Limited Lifetime Warranty means coverage applies for the lifetime of the jewelry item against manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, or theft.

3. What Is Covered

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise from improper materials or workmanship, including but not limited to:

  • Defective clasps or closures

  • Faulty solder joints

  • Structural defects present at delivery

  • Stone setting defects that cause stones to loosen or fall out due to manufacturing error

  • Manufacturing-related finish defects

All warranty determinations, including whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, are made at Aquamarise’s sole discretion.

4. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, thinning metal, worn prongs, softened finishes, or plating fade

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper care

  • Loss or theft of jewelry or gemstones

  • Chemical exposure, including but not limited to chlorine, bleach, cleaning agents, or cosmetics

  • Damage resulting from impact, pressure, or abnormal wear

  • Jewelry that has been altered, resized, repaired, or modified by any jeweler other than Aquamarise

  • Damage caused by improper storage

  • Stone loss resulting from normal wear over time

  • Any condition not caused by a manufacturing defect

5. Repair or Replacement

If Aquamarise determines that a jewelry item qualifies for warranty coverage, Aquamarise will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the item, or

  • Replace the item with the same product or a comparable design of equal value if the original item is no longer available

Replacements may not be identical to the original item due to product availability, gemstone variation, or design updates.

Aquamarise does not guarantee exact stone matching or aesthetic duplication for replacement items.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:

  1. Contact Aquamarise through the official Contact Us page or live chat

  2. Provide valid proof of purchase

  3. Submit clear photographs and a description of the issue

If the claim is approved, Aquamarise will provide instructions for returning the jewelry for inspection. Jewelry must be shipped securely according to provided instructions.

If inspection confirms a covered manufacturing defect, repair or replacement will be completed at no cost. If the issue does not qualify under warranty coverage, Aquamarise may offer repair services at an additional cost upon customer approval.

7. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping jewelry to Aquamarise for warranty evaluation unless otherwise stated. Aquamarise is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to Aquamarise.

Return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements will be provided by Aquamarise.

8. Non-Transferability

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

9. No Insurance Coverage

This Limited Warranty does not constitute insurance. It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or damage caused by normal wear and tear.

Customers are encouraged to obtain independent jewelry insurance for additional protection.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquamarise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the use of its jewelry products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of value, or emotional distress.

Aquamarise’s total liability under this Limited Warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the jewelry item.

11. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the applicable express warranty period stated above.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Modifications and Updates

Aquamarise reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Limited Warranty at any time, to the extent permitted by law. The warranty terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

14. Entire Agreement

This Limited Warranty constitutes the entire warranty agreement between Aquamarise and the purchaser and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous representations, statements, or agreements regarding warranty coverage.
