The stones — what's what

In the interest of full clarity: the center stone is a lab-grown moissanite, not a sapphire. It's an oval ~1.5ct moissanite, D color, VVS1 clarity, 9–9.25 Mohs, and it ships with a GRA certificate. The blue color in this ring comes from the lab-grown blue sapphire leaf accents set into the vine detailing — genuine sapphires, grown in a lab rather than mined, which gives them vivid, consistent blue at an accessible price. Why moissanite for the center

Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone with even more brilliance and fire than diamond — it throws noticeably more rainbow sparkle — at a fraction of the cost, with a sustainable lab origin. At 9–9.25 on the Mohs scale it's hard enough for confident daily wear as an engagement ring center. The GRA certificate documents the stone's grade.

This set is solid metal throughout — not plating or vermeil over a base metal — with your choice selected from the drop-down menu. In white gold, 10K is the most durable and most affordable, 14K is the classic everyday balance (our default), and 18K carries the highest gold content. Platinum is the premium upgrade: naturally white, denser and heavier, hypoallergenic, and it never needs re-plating to stay white. This is a durable set — moissanite and sapphire are both hard stones suited to daily wear. Clean gently with warm soapy water and a soft brush, and store separately from harder jewelry. Both rings should be ordered in the same size since they're worn together; please reference our sizing guide before ordering.
