We don’t work with outside gemstones. To ensure quality control and secure stone setting, all gemstones used in custom designs must be sourced through our trusted suppliers. This allows us to guarantee the integrity, durability, and fit of every custom piece we create.

Yes - we offer flexible payment options for custom pieces. Full payment is required to begin the design process, but you can choose Klarna or Shop Pay at checkout to split your total into convenient installment payments.

Minor revisions can be made before production starts. Once casting or stone setting begins, further changes may incur additional fees or require a full remake.

Since each custom ring is made to order and crafted specifically for you, custom designs are non-refundable. We do, however, guarantee quality craftsmanship and offer resizing or repair options if needed.

Yes - we ship custom rings worldwide. All packages are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery for your protection. Custom duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees when your order arrives.
