If your order will be delayed for any reason, our team will reach out directly with an updated timeline — no silent waits.

Our team works with moss agate, moonstone, alexandrite, sapphire, ruby, emerald, morganite, garnet, tanzanite, amethyst, opal, herkimer diamond, aquamarine, IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds, and GRA-certified moissanite. We don't create 3D renderings before an order is placed. Custom design work — sketches, CAD modeling, 3D rendering — is a meaningful time investment for our team, and it begins only after your order is confirmed. This is what allows us to give every custom designed engagement ring the unhurried attention it deserves. You're never locked in: once we send your 3D rendering, you have the chance to review it carefully and request revisions until the design is exactly right. If you're not satisfied with the rendering after revisions and don't want to proceed, you receive a 100% refund as long as production hasn't started. Yes. Once we send your 3D rendering, you can request as many revisions as you need to get the design exactly right. Most customers go through 2–3 rounds of refinement before approving final production. No metal is cast and no stones are set until you give the final yes. Fully custom tungsten, titanium, and Damascus steel wedding bands are a flat $295–$305 regardless of inlay or complexity. Heirloom-tier solid gold and platinum commissions start at $1,000 and scale based on metal weight, stones, and design complexity. Yes. Shop Pay installments and Klarna financing are available at checkout for orders that qualify. For heirloom-tier commissions, our team can discuss custom deposit structures during the quote stage — typically a deposit to begin design work, with the balance due before production. Payment structure is always confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Before production begins: if you're not fully satisfied with the 3D rendering after revisions, you receive a 100% refund as long as we haven't started casting or setting your piece. After production begins: custom and engraved rings are final sale due to their personalized nature — they're built specifically for you and can't be resold. Resizing for custom rings is only available on solid gold and platinum pieces, where the metal allows for safe resizing without compromising the design. Resizing fees for solid gold and platinum are quoted per piece, depending on the design complexity, stone placement, and how much metal needs to be added or removed. Custom rings in sterling silver, vermeil, tungsten, titanium, and Damascus steel are not resizable due to how these metals are worked during production — tungsten, titanium, and Damascus steel can't be resized at all due to their hardness, and our custom silver and vermeil pieces are constructed in ways that make post-production resizing structurally unsafe.
