925 sterling silver, finished with rhodium — the same precious-metal finish used on white gold, and one of the hardest metals used in jewellery.
14K gold vermeil — real 14K gold over a solid sterling silver core, at the 2.5-micron minimum the US standard requires. No brass, no base metal.
Solid 10K, 14K and 18K gold and platinum, made to order in 3–6 weeks.

It should not. Every piece is nickel-free, and nickel is what most people are reacting to when costume jewellery bothers them. The rhodium finish on our sterling is completely non-reactive, and gold vermeil sits on a sterling core rather than base metal.

If you react even to precious metals, solid gold is the safest choice.

For rings, measure at home with our Ring Size Chart, or use the Find my ring size link beside the Add to Cart button. If you are between sizes, size up. For necklaces, the chain length is listed in the description — 18" falls just below the collarbone and is the length most people choose.

If the fit is not right when it arrives, size exchanges on rings are free — send it back within 14 days unworn and we will send the correct size out. No fee, no forms. Engraved pieces are the one exception, as each is cut specifically for you.

On most designs, yes — where engraving is available, a text field appears with the options above. Standard laser engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a selection of symbols included at no extra cost. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order.

Yes. Every stone we set is a real gemstone, hand-picked for its colour and clarity and responsibly sourced. You can see exactly which stone you are choosing in the selector above.

Some of our designs use lab-grown stones or moissanite — just as beautiful, harder wearing, and kinder on the budget. Whenever that is the case we say so right in the product description, so you always know exactly what you are getting.

Warm water, a drop of mild washing-up liquid and a soft toothbrush around the setting. Rinse well and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth — moisture left sitting on any finish is what dulls it fastest.

Skip the silver dips and abrasive polishing compounds sold for untreated metal; the rhodium finish is doing the work here, and those products strip it rather than clean it. Put your jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion, and take it off before swimming, cleaning or exercising. Our Jewelry Care Guide has the full routine.

Sterling silver and vermeil are kept in stock and leave our workshop in 1–4 business days; engraved orders sit at the longer end while each one is laser-cut, and solid gold and platinum are made to order in 3–6 weeks. The estimated delivery date shown above is calculated for your order.
