I got the ring and on the first wear, the stone came loose. I sent a photo to the seller who promptly sent me a return label and had me ship it back to fix. This is the second ring I purchased from them, so I knew the quality was good and this was just a fluke situation. They fixed and returned the ring quickly and it’s beautiful and secure! Had an issue with the ring I ordered when my wife inspected it, however I was able to get in contact with the owner of this Etsy shop and she was able to reach back out to me in matter of solving the issue of the ring. I greatly appreciated it and the effort! I will be sending back my ring so that way it can get taken care of. It’s a beautiful ring and craftsmanship. Will recommend.
