I expected this item to be out of stock or to be shipped after Christmas. It was available and I received it within 4 days. It was on my granddaughter’s Christmas list and she was over the moon when she opened her gift. It fit her perfectly.
PayPal changed the shipping address from the one I entered when I placed the order to my home address. I discovered the error as soon as the order when through. I contacted the seller who responded promptly and assured me it would be shipped to my granddaughter’s home. Great customer service!
I bought this ring for my girlfriend for our one year anniversary and she absolutely loved it. She’s been wanting it for a couple months now and I was finally able to get it. When she first tried it on, we realized it was half a size too big and luckily we were able to exchange it. Customer service was great, I was not kept waiting for responses and all my questions were answered quickly and properly. Shipping was a little costly because I am located in Canada but I understand why it was so high. Overall, amazing ring, amazing customer service and amazing business :)
