Crisp geometry meets untamed nature in this princess cut moss agate ring set. The square 5.0 x 5.0 mm stone frames its wild green inclusions like a landscape behind glass, while a perfectly matched wedding band completes the pairing — a bold, architectural take among our wedding ring sets for women, handcrafted in solid white gold or platinum.
The Engagement Ring
A princess-cut natural moss agate, 5.0 x 5.0 mm and approximately 1.4 carats, on a refined band about 1.7 mm wide, accented with your choice of moissanite or natural diamond.
The Wedding Band
A perfectly matched band designed to sit in harmony with the engagement ring, completing the set as one unified, geometric silhouette.
Why the princess cut suits moss agate
Most moss agate rings lean soft and organic. The princess cut goes the other way: four clean sides and sharp symmetry that turn the stone’s drifting green moss into something almost architectural — a framed miniature forest rather than a free-form one. It reads modern on the hand without giving up the stone’s character. If you are still comparing shapes, our guide to the best cuts for moss agate engagement rings puts the princess cut side by side with kite, oval, hexagon, and emerald cuts, and our princess cut engagement rings collection shows how the shape carries across other stones.
Two ways to sparkle
Choose the accent stones that suit you: moissanite in D color and VVS1 clarity for maximum fire, or natural conflict-free diamond in G/H color and eye-clean I1 clarity for classic tradition. Against the cool white metal and the deep green of the agate, either choice adds a bright, deliberate line of light.
Solid white gold or platinum
Every set is crafted in solid precious metal, selectable from the drop-down menu: 10K white gold (the hardest and most affordable), 14K white gold (the most popular all-rounder), 18K white gold (the richest gold content), or platinum (naturally white, densest, and hypoallergenic). Our karat comparison guide breaks down the differences, and the set sits alongside the rest of our solid gold rings.
A stone that means something
Moss agate has been treasured for centuries as a stone of growth, stability, and quiet abundance — symbolism that fits a ring meant to mark a beginning. Because every stone forms its own pattern of inclusions, your set can never be duplicated. Sizing & care
Select your size from the drop-down — half and quarter sizes are offered — and measure with our ring sizing guide first, since tools can differ by up to half a size between jewelers. Day to day, moss agate asks very little: warm water, mild soap, a soft cloth, and a habit of removing your rings before heavy or abrasive work. Curious how the stone holds up over years of wear? Our journal answers is moss agate durable in detail.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a princess cut moss agate ring unusual?
Moss agate is usually cut in soft, organic shapes. The princess cut gives it clean square lines instead, so the natural green inclusions read like a framed landscape. It is a rare pairing of a geometric cut with a wild, one-of-a-kind stone.
Is the moss agate in this set natural?
Yes. The center stone is a natural moss agate, princess cut at 5.0 x 5.0 mm and approximately 1.4 carats. Its green inclusions formed naturally, which means no other stone shares the same pattern.
What is included in this ring set?
You receive two rings sold as a set: the princess cut moss agate engagement ring and its matching wedding band, delivered together in a free luxury ring box with free USA shipping.
Do the corners of a princess cut need special care?
A little. Pointed corners on any princess-cut stone appreciate mindful wear, so take your rings off for gym sessions, gardening, and rough chores. With that simple habit, moss agate at 6.5-7 on the Mohs scale wears well for everyday life.
Should I pick moissanite or natural diamond accents?
Moissanite accents are D color, VVS1 clarity, and deliver exceptional fire at a gentler price. The natural diamond accents are G/H color, eye-clean I1, and conflict-free. Choose moissanite for brilliance and value, or diamond for tradition.
Is moissanite an imitation diamond?
No. Moissanite is a genuine gemstone in its own right, grown in a lab, with a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale and more rainbow fire than diamond. It is never a fake, it is simply a different stone.
Which metal option is best for daily wear?
All four are excellent. 10K white gold is the hardest and most budget-friendly, 14K is the most popular balance of strength and value, 18K has the richest gold content, and platinum is naturally white, denser, and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.
Is this set made of solid precious metal?
Yes. Every option, 10K, 14K, and 18K white gold as well as platinum, is solid metal through and through. There is no base-metal core and no surface coating to wear away.
Will my stone match the product photos?
Your stone will match in size, cut, and overall character, but the exact moss pattern inside is unique to your ring. That variation is the point: no two moss agates are ever alike.
Can I have the rings engraved?
Yes. Complimentary engraving of up to 16 characters is included, perfect for a wedding date, initials, or a private phrase.
How long does production take?
This set is made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your rings to be handmade before they ship. Requested modifications can extend the timeline and pricing.
How do I get my ring size right?
Check our free sizing guide before ordering. Half and quarter sizes are offered in the size picker, and note that sizing can vary by up to half a size between different jewelers' tools.
Can I customize the center stone?
Yes. Different gemstone options are available for this setting. Contact us for a custom quote, and an optional professional appraisal can also be added from the drop-down menu (non-refundable once performed).
✨ Production time
Every ring on this page is cast, set and finished for your order. Nothing is taken from stock.
- Made-to-order solid gold and platinum: 3–6 weeks, depending on the design. Pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end.

Shipping is added once your ring is finished. These are the options you will see at checkout:
- USPS Ground Advantage — free on every order
- FedEx Home Delivery® — $10
- FedEx 2Day® — $22

We ship worldwide with DHL. Live rates for your address are calculated at checkout — usually DHL Express Worldwide, with DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard also offered to some destinations as a slower, lower-cost option.
For many countries, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout for a smoother delivery — if prepaid, no additional fees are due on arrival. Customs fees are set by your country and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Every order ships fully insured and requires a signature. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Engraving is cut into the inside of the band, so it stays between the two of you.
AVAILABILITY
Engraving is offered on most — though not all — designs. If it is available for this ring, an engraving field appears with the options above.

Limits depend on the width and design of the band. Spaces count toward the total.

Standard engraving is complimentary and set in Arial, chosen because it stays legible at very small sizes. These symbols are included at no extra cost:

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ring on this page is made in solid gold or platinum — never plated, never gold-filled. Solid gold comes in 10K, 14K and 18K across yellow, white and rose; our platinum is 95% pure, naturally hypoallergenic, and white the whole way through. Available metals vary by design and are listed in the selector above. Our Precious Metal Guide explains how each one wears.
Side by side and brand new, the two look almost identical. The difference shows up over years of wear.
White gold is a gold alloy finished with rhodium for brightness. It sits lighter on the hand and costs less, and the rhodium finish is refreshed every few years to keep it crisp.
Platinum is white all the way through, so there is no finish to renew. It is around 40% denser — noticeably weightier — and over time develops a soft matte patina that many people prefer. It can be polished back to a high shine whenever you like.
Our Platinum vs Gold guide compares durability, cost and upkeep in full.
Solid gold is gold throughout — alloyed for strength, but the same metal at the surface as at the core. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over it, which thins with wear and needs replating to stay bright. Rings on this page are solid gold or platinum only. Our Precious Metal Guide sets out where each makes sense.
Neither tarnishes. Gold and platinum are two of the most stable metals used in fine jewelry, and both hold their color indefinitely. Platinum does develop a satin patina as it is worn — that is surface texture rather than damage, and it polishes out at any time. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is all either metal asks for; see our Jewelry Care Guide.
Nothing on this page is pulled from a shelf. Each solid gold and platinum ring is cast, set and finished for your order, which takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design — pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end. Shipping is added once your ring is finished, and paying for faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten production. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Use the Size Chart linked beside the Add to Bag button, or our full Ring Size Chart. Because these rings are made to order, we cut your size from the start rather than resizing a stock band — so measure carefully. Your first resizing is free if it is still not right. Most designs can be adjusted, though eternity bands and rings with stones set the whole way around usually cannot.
On most designs, yes — if engraving is available for this ring, a text field appears with the options above. Standard engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a small selection of symbols included. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order. See the Engraving page for what is possible. Engraved rings are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition. Because solid gold and platinum rings are made to order, they are subject to a restocking fee, and engraved pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page. Every ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
