Some rings catch the light; this one holds a sky full of it. The Feyra Starry Night® is a celestial statement in solid yellow gold — a marquise blue sandstone center glittering with a copper-gold starfield like a galaxy caught mid-turn, crowned by rich natural amethyst accents. For anyone searching for a starry night engagement ring that feels like wearable starlight, this two-ring set is the whole constellation.
The Statement Ring
A marquise blue sandstone center in a prong-set, crown-inspired split shank, surrounded by natural amethyst accents in mixed cuts and finished to a high polish.
The Companion Ring
The second ring of the set, designed to sit alongside the statement piece and complete the stacked, regal silhouette on the finger.
A night sky you can wear
Under any light, the blue sandstone center does something no faceted stone can: it scatters hundreds of tiny metallic points across a deep midnight ground, like stars surfacing at dusk. The marquise cut stretches that galaxy into an elegant eye shape that lengthens the finger, while the sculpted, crown-inspired split shank gives the whole design its regal posture. It belongs to the same family of celestial designs as our Starry Night rings, where the night-sky theme runs deepest.
Blue sandstone: a private galaxy
Blue sandstone is beloved for exactly what its name promises — a deep, saturated midnight blue strewn with a copper-gold shimmer that reads as a starfield in miniature. Every angle turns up a new scatter of sparks, which is why a blue sandstone ring makes such a hypnotic centerpiece: it rewards every glance with a slightly different sky. More designs built around this glittering stone live in our blue sandstone jewelry collection.
Natural amethyst, the royal accent
Framing the center stone are natural amethyst accents in mixed cuts — vivid, genuine purple against warm yellow gold, the pairing that medieval royalty made famous. Amethyst is also February’s birthstone, which makes this set a deeply personal choice for a February love; our guide to what your birthstone says about you tells the story, and our purple gemstones guide goes deeper into the color’s lore. Kindred pieces gather in our amethyst jewelry collection.
Solid yellow gold in three karats
Every Starry Night set is crafted in solid yellow gold — gold all the way through, in the karat you choose from the drop-down menu. 10K is the most durable and most affordable; 14K is the best-selling balance of strength and rich color; 18K carries the highest gold content and the deepest, warmest hue. The only real difference between them is gold content and price — our 10K vs 14K vs 18K karat guide breaks it all down. White and rose gold are available on request.
With its gemstone-forward drama, the set sits naturally among our gemstone engagement rings, and pairs beautifully with our wedding ring sets for women if you are building a fuller bridal stack.

Sizing & care
Choose your size from the drop-down menu — half and quarter sizes are listed there. Jewelers’ sizing tools can differ by up to half a size between shops, so a quick measure with our ring size guide before ordering keeps the fit exactly right.
Care for the set gently: warm water, a drop of mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush, then pat dry. Skip harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners — they dull the glitter of the sandstone and the polish of the gold — and store the rings apart from harder jewelry. The solid gold band needs nothing more; its color is permanent in every karat. The set arrives in a free luxury ring box.
Frequently asked questions
What is blue sandstone?
Blue sandstone is a deep midnight-blue gemstone famous for its glittering copper-gold starfield — hundreds of tiny metallic sparks suspended in the stone that flash as it moves, exactly like a clear night sky.
Why does the center stone sparkle like a galaxy?
The sparkle comes from the copper-toned shimmer scattered evenly through the stone. Unlike a faceted gem that flashes from its surface, blue sandstone glitters from within, so the starfield effect is visible from every angle.
Are the amethyst accents natural?
Yes — the purple accent stones are natural amethyst, cut in a mix of shapes for vivid contrast and a luxe, royal feel against the yellow gold.
What is included in this set?
Two rings, sold together: the marquise blue sandstone statement ring with its amethyst accents, and its companion ring, designed to complete the stacked look.
Is this real solid gold?
Yes. The set is made from solid gold throughout in your chosen karat — 10K, 14K, or 18K. The yellow-gold color is permanent and will never turn your skin green.
Which karat should I choose?
All three are solid yellow gold; the difference is gold content, durability, and price. 10K is the hardest and most budget-friendly, 14K is the most popular everyday choice, and 18K has the richest color and highest gold content.
Can I get this set in white or rose gold?
Yes — white and rose gold are available on request. Contact us before ordering and we will arrange your preferred metal.
Is the marquise cut flattering on the hand?
Very. The marquise’s pointed-oval shape elongates the finger, and here it also stretches the sandstone’s starfield into a longer sweep of sky — drama and elegance in the same silhouette.
Is this comfortable to wear as a statement ring?
Yes — the design was shaped to sit elegantly on the finger despite its presence. The split shank spreads the ring’s profile so it feels balanced rather than top-heavy.
How is the center stone held in place?
The blue sandstone is prong set — the classic method that grips the stone securely while leaving it open to the light, so the starfield stays fully visible.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide before ordering. Sizing can vary by up to half a size between different jewelers’ tools, so measuring at home is the most reliable route.
How should I clean this set?
Warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth or brush, then a gentle pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, and store the rings away from harder stones to protect the high-polish finish.
What occasions suit this set best?
It shines as a non-traditional engagement set, a February birthstone gift thanks to the natural amethyst, or an anniversary and milestone piece for anyone drawn to celestial, galaxy-inspired jewelry.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ring on this page is made in solid gold or platinum — never plated, never gold-filled. Solid gold comes in 10K, 14K and 18K across yellow, white and rose; our platinum is 95% pure, naturally hypoallergenic, and white the whole way through. Available metals vary by design and are listed in the selector above. Our Precious Metal Guide explains how each one wears.
Side by side and brand new, the two look almost identical. The difference shows up over years of wear.
White gold is a gold alloy finished with rhodium for brightness. It sits lighter on the hand and costs less, and the rhodium finish is refreshed every few years to keep it crisp.
Platinum is white all the way through, so there is no finish to renew. It is around 40% denser — noticeably weightier — and over time develops a soft matte patina that many people prefer. It can be polished back to a high shine whenever you like.
Our Platinum vs Gold guide compares durability, cost and upkeep in full.
Solid gold is gold throughout — alloyed for strength, but the same metal at the surface as at the core. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over it, which thins with wear and needs replating to stay bright. Rings on this page are solid gold or platinum only. Our Precious Metal Guide sets out where each makes sense.
Neither tarnishes. Gold and platinum are two of the most stable metals used in fine jewelry, and both hold their color indefinitely. Platinum does develop a satin patina as it is worn — that is surface texture rather than damage, and it polishes out at any time. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is all either metal asks for; see our Jewelry Care Guide.
Nothing on this page is pulled from a shelf. Each solid gold and platinum ring is cast, set and finished for your order, which takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design — pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end. Shipping is added once your ring is finished, and paying for faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten production. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Use the Find my ring size link beside the Add to Cart button, or our full Ring Size Chart. Because these rings are made to order, we cut your size from the start rather than resizing a stock band — so measure carefully. Your first resizing is free if it is still not right. Most designs can be adjusted, though eternity bands and rings with stones set the whole way around usually cannot.
On most designs, yes — if engraving is available for this ring, a text field appears with the options above. Standard engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a small selection of symbols included. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order. See the Engraving page for what is possible. Engraved rings are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition. Because solid gold and platinum rings are made to order, they are subject to a restocking fee, and engraved pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page. Every ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
