Two rings, one set
This is a two-piece set — an engagement ring with the pear lab-grown diamond center and a matching band, designed to nest together as a complete bridal set.
The pear lab-grown diamond center
At the heart of the set is a pear (teardrop) cut lab-grown diamond, about 7.0×10.0 mm and roughly 1.7–2.2 carats, graded D color (completely colorless) and VVS clarity. A lab-grown diamond is chemically and optically identical to a mined diamond — the same crystal, the same hardness (Mohs 10), the same fire — simply grown in a lab instead of pulled from the earth. Every center stone is IGI certified with a unique serial number.
Lab-grown blue sapphire accents
Flanking the center are deep lab-grown blue sapphires — the same corundum mineral as natural sapphire (Mohs 9), grown ethically for rich, celestial blue color. Sapphire symbolizes wisdom, loyalty and everlasting love, and is exceptionally durable for everyday wear.
Choose your metal & karat
The set is made in solid white gold or platinum — never plated or filled — so the cool color runs all the way through. Choose the metal that suits you:
White gold is gold alloyed with white metals and finished with rhodium for a bright cool-white; platinum is naturally white and especially dense and durable. Our 10K vs 14K vs 18K karat guide explains the differences. Prefer yellow or rose gold? This set can be made in either on request — contact us for a custom quote.
About lab-grown diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — identical in carbon crystal structure, brilliance and durability to mined stones, and independently graded to the same standards. Frequently asked questions
What's included in the set?
Two pieces — an engagement ring with the pear lab-grown diamond center and a matching band, designed to sit together as a complete bridal set.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is chemically, physically and optically identical to a mined diamond — same carbon crystal, same Mohs 10 hardness, same fire. The only difference is origin: grown in a lab rather than mined.
Is the center stone certified?
Yes — every center lab-grown diamond is IGI certified and comes with a unique serial number and a certificate of authenticity.
Are the sapphires natural or lab-grown?
The blue sapphire accents are lab-grown — the same corundum mineral as natural sapphire (Mohs 9), grown ethically for rich, consistent blue color.
How durable is the set?
Very. The diamond is Mohs 10 (the hardest material) and sapphire is Mohs 9 — both excellent for everyday wear with easy care.
What metals can I choose?
Solid 10K, 14K or 18K white gold, or platinum, from the drop-down. Yellow or rose gold are available on request — contact us for a custom quote.
Is the metal solid or plated?
Always solid. The metal runs through the entire piece, so it will never wear off or expose a base metal underneath.
What's the difference between white gold and platinum?
White gold is gold alloyed with white metals and rhodium-finished for a bright cool-white; platinum is naturally white and especially dense and durable. Both look similar; platinum is heavier and premium.
What's the difference between 10K, 14K and 18K?
Higher karats hold more pure gold but are a little softer; lower karats are harder and more affordable. See our karat comparison guide for details.
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide. The set is made to order in sizes 3 to 11, including half and quarter sizes.
Is engraving included?
Yes — complimentary engraving of up to 16 characters is included. Add your text at checkout.
How long until it ships?
Each set is handmade to order and typically ships within 3–5 weeks.
