A 7 × 11 mm elongated hexagon diamond — part kite, part dagger, all architecture — anchors this two-ring lab grown diamond bridal set in solid yellow gold. The center stone is IGI certified at D color and VVS1 clarity, and a chevron contour band traces its point with matching lab-grown diamond accents.
The Engagement Ring
A dramatic 7 × 11 mm elongated hexagon lab-grown diamond — the kite-and-dagger silhouette — certified by IGI at D color, VVS1 clarity, with sparkling lab-grown diamond accents surrounding the center.
The Chevron Contour Band
A V-shaped band set with matching lab-grown diamond accents. It nests against the hexagon’s lower point, framing the center stone and completing the layered, geometric composition.
Geometry With Papers to Prove It
Plenty of rings look striking; fewer arrive with independent documentation of exactly how fine the stone is. This set’s center diamond is graded by IGI at D color — the very top of the colorless scale — and VVS1 clarity, with inclusions so minute a trained grader struggles to find them at 10x magnification. On an elongated stone with a broad open table like this hexagon, high clarity is not a luxury: there is nowhere for a flaw to hide. Certification is the difference between being told a stone is exceptional and being able to read it off the report. Our IGI vs GIA certification guide explains what the grading covers.
The Elongated Hexagon: Kite, Dagger, Statement
Stretch a hexagon along its axis and it becomes something rarer — a shape jewelers group with kite cut and dagger-shaped stones, all clean angles and deliberate lines. The 7 × 11 mm proportions run long on the finger, and the faceted geometry catches light in ordered flashes rather than a round’s scatter. It is a look with clear Art Deco bones. If angular stones speak to you, explore our kite cut diamond engagement rings and the wider hexagon engagement rings collection.
Two Rings, One Composition
The chevron contour band is not an afterthought — its V-angle is cut to echo the hexagon’s point, so the two rings interlock visually into a single layered silhouette. Worn together they read as one sculptural piece; the matching diamond accents keep the sparkle continuous across both bands. It is this built-to-pair logic that earns the set its place among our most distinctive wedding ring sets for women, and fans of the shape-following style will find more in our curved wedding bands.
Solid Yellow Gold, Three Karats
Both rings are cast in the same solid yellow gold — never plated — finished in high polish, so the warm color is the metal itself and permanent. From the drop-down:
- 10K — the most durable and affordable, with a slightly lighter tone.
- 14K — the most popular balance of warm color and everyday durability.
- 18K — the highest gold content, for the deepest yellow hue.
Compare them in our 10K vs 14K vs 18K karat comparison guide; white or rose gold versions are available on request.
A Real Diamond, Grown Responsibly
Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — the same crystal, the same Mohs 10 hardness, the same brilliance as mined stones — with a fully traceable, conflict-free origin. If you are weighing this set against its moissanite cousins, our guide is moissanite a lab-grown diamond draws the line clearly: moissanite is a beautiful gem in its own right, but only a lab-grown diamond is diamond. Sizing & Care
Select your ring size and karat from the drop-down menus. If you are unsure, our ring size guide walks you through measuring at home before you order.
Diamond’s Mohs 10 hardness makes this an easy set to live with: warm water, a drop of mild dish soap, and a soft brush restore both rings’ sparkle in minutes. Work the brush along the chevron band’s accent stones, rinse, and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly does this set include?
Two rings: the elongated hexagon engagement ring and its matching chevron contour band. Both are made in the same solid yellow gold karat you select, with matching lab-grown diamond accents.
Is the center stone a real diamond?
Yes. A lab-grown diamond is a real diamond — identical in composition, hardness, and brilliance to a mined stone, at 10 on the Mohs scale. Only its above-ground origin differs.
What do D color and VVS1 clarity mean?
D is the highest color grade on the diamond scale — completely colorless. VVS1 means inclusions so tiny that even a trained grader has difficulty locating them under 10x magnification. It is a top-tier combination.
Is the diamond certified?
Yes. The center stone is certified by IGI, an independent gemological laboratory, so its D color and VVS1 clarity grades are third-party verified rather than a seller’s claim.
How big is the center stone?
The elongated hexagon measures 7 x 11 mm — a long, dramatic footprint that stretches elegantly along the finger.
What is an elongated hexagon cut?
It is a six-sided stone stretched along its length, closely related to kite cut and dagger-shaped gems. The result is an angular, architectural silhouette with ordered, geometric flashes of light.
Can the two rings be worn separately?
Yes. The engagement ring stands confidently on its own, and the chevron contour band works as a subtle stacking or wedding band. Together, the band’s V-angle nests against the hexagon’s point as one composition.
Which karat of yellow gold should I choose?
10K is the most durable and affordable, 14K is the most popular balance of color and everyday strength, and 18K has the highest gold content and the deepest yellow. All three are solid gold throughout.
Will the gold color last?
Yes — permanently. Both rings are solid gold, not plated, so the warm yellow color is the metal itself and will never wear off or turn your skin green.
Can I get the set in white or rose gold?
Yes. The set is listed in yellow gold, but white and rose gold versions are available on request — contact us before ordering.
Is this set conflict-free?
Yes. The center diamond and every accent stone are lab-grown, so their origin is fully traceable and conflict-free.
How long does production take?
Each set is made to order, with an estimated production time of 2-6 weeks before shipping. US shipping is free.
How should I clean the set?
Soak both rings briefly in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap, brush gently with a soft toothbrush — including the chevron band’s accents — then rinse and dry with a lint-free cloth.
✨ Production time

Engraving is offered on most — though not all — designs. If it is available for this ring, an engraving field appears with the options above.

Limits depend on the width and design of the band. Spaces count toward the total.

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ring on this page is made in solid gold or platinum — never plated, never gold-filled. Solid gold comes in 10K, 14K and 18K across yellow, white and rose; our platinum is 95% pure, naturally hypoallergenic, and white the whole way through. Available metals vary by design and are listed in the selector above. Our Precious Metal Guide explains how each one wears.
Side by side and brand new, the two look almost identical. The difference shows up over years of wear.
White gold is a gold alloy finished with rhodium for brightness. It sits lighter on the hand and costs less, and the rhodium finish is refreshed every few years to keep it crisp.
Platinum is white all the way through, so there is no finish to renew. It is around 40% denser — noticeably weightier — and over time develops a soft matte patina that many people prefer. It can be polished back to a high shine whenever you like.
Our Platinum vs Gold guide compares durability, cost and upkeep in full.
Solid gold is gold throughout — alloyed for strength, but the same metal at the surface as at the core. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over it, which thins with wear and needs replating to stay bright. Rings on this page are solid gold or platinum only. Our Precious Metal Guide sets out where each makes sense.
Neither tarnishes. Gold and platinum are two of the most stable metals used in fine jewelry, and both hold their color indefinitely. Platinum does develop a satin patina as it is worn — that is surface texture rather than damage, and it polishes out at any time. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is all either metal asks for; see our Jewelry Care Guide.
Nothing on this page is pulled from a shelf. Each solid gold and platinum ring is cast, set and finished for your order, which takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design — pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end. Shipping is added once your ring is finished, and paying for faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten production. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Use the Size Chart linked beside the Add to Bag button, or our full Ring Size Chart. Because these rings are made to order, we cut your size from the start rather than resizing a stock band — so measure carefully. Your first resizing is free if it is still not right. Most designs can be adjusted, though eternity bands and rings with stones set the whole way around usually cannot.
On most designs, yes — if engraving is available for this ring, a text field appears with the options above. Standard engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a small selection of symbols included. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order. See the Engraving page for what is possible. Engraved rings are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition. Because solid gold and platinum rings are made to order, they are subject to a restocking fee, and engraved pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page. Every ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
