A wreath of leaves for the ring you already love. This emerald leaf ring guard is handcrafted in solid rose gold — gold the whole way through, an heirloom made to outlast trends — with a climbing leaf-and-vine motif set with vivid lab-grown emeralds and brilliant moissanite. Designed to nest around an engagement ring or to layer on its own, it frames your center stone in a living garden of green and gold.
A woodland frame for your ring
Inspired by ferns and climbing vines, this ring guard curves into delicate leaves that reach around your engagement ring so the two pieces read as one continuous botanical setting. It is a design made for anyone drawn to fairytale, cottagecore and nature-inspired engagement rings — a romantic alternative to a plain wedding band. If the leafy silhouette is what draws you in, you will find more of it across our leaf engagement rings collection. Worn as a guard, it hugs the shoulders of your solitaire; worn alone, it becomes a slender statement of its own.
The lab-grown emeralds
The green in this design comes from genuine lab-grown emeralds — real emerald (beryl), grown in controlled conditions so they share the same crystal structure, hardness and lush color as mined stones, without the ethical and pricing tradeoffs. Their vivid grass-green catches the warmth of the rose gold beautifully. To understand how these stones are graded and chosen, our complete emerald ring buying guide is a helpful place to start, and you can see the family look across our wider emerald jewelry range.
Brilliant moissanite accents
Between the emeralds, hand-set moissanite adds crisp white fire. Moissanite is a real gemstone in its own right — silicon carbide, Mohs 9.25 — famed for throwing even more brilliance than diamond, so it holds its sparkle through daily wear. Against the deep green of the emeralds, that flash of white light makes the whole guard glitter from every angle.
Solid rose gold, all the way through
This is real solid rose gold — not plated, not vermeil — crafted to order in your choice of 10K, 14K or 18K. Because the gold runs through the entire piece, the warm rosy color can never wear away; it is a true heirloom you can pass down. 10K is the hardest and most affordable, 14K is our most popular all-rounder, and 18K gives the richest, warmest rose glow. If you are weighing the karats, our guide to green engagement rings and our sizing team can both help you choose.
What emeralds symbolize
Emerald has long been the stone of renewal, growth and enduring love — a fitting emblem for a marriage you intend to nurture and watch flourish, and the birthstone of May, as our complete guide to May emerald gifts and meaning explores. Its leafy setting only deepens that meaning, wrapping your commitment in symbols of living things. Pair the guard with a matching band from our emerald wedding bands or explore the full emerald engagement rings collection to build a coordinated set.

Sizing & care
Choose your size and karat at checkout. Because this piece is made to order, please allow around 3–5 weeks for handcrafting. If you are between sizes or unsure, reach out — and if the fit is not quite right, resizing is available and starts from a modest fee. To keep the emeralds and rose gold luminous, remove the guard before rough activities and store it in its velvet box when not worn; a soft, dry cloth restores the shine. With gentle care, this is a piece made to be worn every day for a lifetime.
Frequently asked questions
Is this solid gold or plated?
It is real solid rose gold, gold the whole way through, in your choice of 10K, 14K or 18K. There is no plating and no base metal core, so the color never wears off. It is a true heirloom piece.
Are the emeralds real?
Yes. These are genuine lab-grown emeralds, which are real emerald (beryl) grown in controlled conditions. They share the same crystal structure, hardness and vivid green color as mined emeralds.
What is a ring guard?
A ring guard is a band designed to nest around an engagement ring, framing and protecting the center stone. This one hugs the shoulders of your ring with a climbing leaf-and-vine motif, and it can also be worn on its own.
What are the sparkling accents?
The white accents are moissanite, a real gemstone (silicon carbide) rated 9.25 on the Mohs scale. It is prized for even more fire and brilliance than diamond and wears beautifully every day.
Which karat should I choose?
10K is the hardest and most affordable, 14K is our most popular all-rounder, and 18K offers the richest, warmest rose hue. All three are solid gold, so the choice is about budget and depth of color.
Can I wear it without an engagement ring?
Absolutely. While it is designed to guard an engagement ring, its leaf-and-vine silhouette is beautiful worn alone as a slender wedding or stacking band.
Will it match my engagement ring?
Its slim 1.7 mm profile is made to sit close to a center ring. If you would like it tailored to a specific ring, message us and we can adjust the contour for a snug fit.
Can it be engraved?
Yes. Complimentary engraving of up to 16 characters is included, such as a date, initials or a short message. Engraved pieces are final sale, so please double-check spelling.
How long will it take to arrive?
Each piece is handmade to order, so please allow approximately 3 to 5 weeks for creation before shipping. Custom modifications may adjust that timeline.
How do I care for it?
Remove it for rough activities, avoid harsh chemicals, and store it in the velvet box between wears. A soft, dry cloth keeps the emeralds and rose gold bright. Solid gold does not tarnish like plated pieces.
Are the stones ethically sourced?
Yes. All of our stones are ethically sourced and conflict-free, and lab-grown emeralds are an especially responsible choice, so you can wear your ring with complete peace of mind.
Does it come gift-ready?
Every order ships in a free luxury velvet gift box and is backed by our lifetime warranty, ready to give or to keep as an heirloom.
Can I see other emerald designs?
Of course. Explore our full emerald engagement rings and matching emerald wedding bands to build a coordinated set.
✨ Production time

- Made-to-order solid gold and platinum: 3–6 weeks, depending on the design. Pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end.

- USPS Ground Advantage — free on every order
- FedEx Home Delivery® — $10
- FedEx 2Day® — $22

We ship worldwide with DHL. Live rates for your address are calculated at checkout — usually DHL Express Worldwide, with DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard also offered to some destinations as a slower, lower-cost option.
For many countries, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout for a smoother delivery — if prepaid, no additional fees are due on arrival. Customs fees are set by your country and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Every order ships fully insured and requires a signature. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Engraving is cut into the inside of the band, so it stays between the two of you.
AVAILABILITY
Engraving is offered on most — though not all — designs. If it is available for this ring, an engraving field appears with the options above.
CHARACTER LIMITS
Limits depend on the width and design of the band. Spaces count toward the total.
• Women’s rings: up to 16 characters
• Men’s rings: up to 25 characters
FONT AND SYMBOLS
Standard engraving is complimentary and set in Arial, chosen because it stays legible at very small sizes. These symbols are included at no extra cost:

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ring on this page is made in solid gold or platinum — never plated, never gold-filled. Solid gold comes in 10K, 14K and 18K across yellow, white and rose; our platinum is 95% pure, naturally hypoallergenic, and white the whole way through. Available metals vary by design and are listed in the selector above. Our Precious Metal Guide explains how each one wears.
Side by side and brand new, the two look almost identical. The difference shows up over years of wear.
White gold is a gold alloy finished with rhodium for brightness. It sits lighter on the hand and costs less, and the rhodium finish is refreshed every few years to keep it crisp.
Platinum is white all the way through, so there is no finish to renew. It is around 40% denser — noticeably weightier — and over time develops a soft matte patina that many people prefer. It can be polished back to a high shine whenever you like.
Our Platinum vs Gold guide compares durability, cost and upkeep in full.
Solid gold is gold throughout — alloyed for strength, but the same metal at the surface as at the core. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over it, which thins with wear and needs replating to stay bright. Rings on this page are solid gold or platinum only. Our Precious Metal Guide sets out where each makes sense.
Neither tarnishes. Gold and platinum are two of the most stable metals used in fine jewelry, and both hold their color indefinitely. Platinum does develop a satin patina as it is worn — that is surface texture rather than damage, and it polishes out at any time. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is all either metal asks for; see our Jewelry Care Guide.
Nothing on this page is pulled from a shelf. Each solid gold and platinum ring is cast, set and finished for your order, which takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design — pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end. Shipping is added once your ring is finished, and paying for faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten production. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Use the Size Chart linked beside the Add to Bag button, or our full Ring Size Chart. Because these rings are made to order, we cut your size from the start rather than resizing a stock band — so measure carefully. Your first resizing is free if it is still not right. Most designs can be adjusted, though eternity bands and rings with stones set the whole way around usually cannot.
On most designs, yes — if engraving is available for this ring, a text field appears with the options above. Standard engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a small selection of symbols included. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order. See the Engraving page for what is possible. Engraved rings are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition. Because solid gold and platinum rings are made to order, they are subject to a restocking fee, and engraved pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page. Every ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
