There is a moment just offshore where blue water turns green, and nobody can say exactly where. The Bella holds that moment still: a teal sapphire engagement ring set led by a 7 × 9 mm oval stone of roughly 2 carats, blue-green and impossible to pin down, matched with a wedding band cut in the same solid white gold or platinum.
The Engagement Ring
The oval teal sapphire rides a slim white gold band with moissanite or natural diamond accents at the shoulders — cool white metal that lets the blue-green center keep every eye it catches.
The Wedding Band
Its companion band is made in the same metal at the same bench, so the pair sits flush and reads as one design on the finger — no hunting for a match years later.
Teal: The Color That Refuses to Choose
A teal sapphire lives between blue and green, and that in-between quality is the entire appeal — under warm light it leans mossy green, in daylight it cools toward ocean blue. This one is lab-grown: a genuine sapphire in every measurable way, real corundum at Mohs 9, with the saturated, even color that is genuinely hard to find in mined teal stones. It has become the signature of couples who want a sapphire nobody else at the table is wearing. See the full spectrum in our teal sapphire rings collection, or compare blue-toned stones in our aquamarine vs sapphire guide.
Why the Oval Cut Suits Teal
Bicolored stones reward cuts with long, smooth facets that let the color travel — and the oval does exactly that, rolling blue into green across the stone as your hand moves. At 7 × 9 mm and about 2 carats, the Bella’s center is substantial without being heavy, and the elongated shape flatters the finger. Our guide to choosing a sapphire engagement ring covers how cut and color work together on this stone.
Accent Stones: Moissanite or Natural Diamond
Choose the accents that line the engagement ring’s shoulders. Moissanite comes in D color, VVS1 clarity — near-flawless, icy, and Mohs 9. Natural diamonds are G/H color, eye-clean I1 clarity, conflict-free, and Mohs 10. Against a teal center, both read as pure white sparkle; moissanite adds extra rainbow fire, diamond keeps it classic.
Choose Your Metal: White Gold or Platinum
Both rings are cast solid in the metal you select — the color goes all the way through and is permanent. From the drop-down:
- 10K white gold — hardest of the golds, most affordable.
- 14K white gold — the most popular balance of durability and value.
- 18K white gold — the highest gold content of the three.
- Platinum — naturally white, densest, and hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.
Weigh the karats with our 10K vs 14K vs 18K karat guide. If the two-ring format is what drew you in, our wedding ring sets for women hold more pairings, and the wider sapphire jewelry collection carries the stone in every color.

Sizing & Care
Pick your size from the drop-down — half and quarter sizes are offered. If you are between sizes, measure with our ring size guide first; jewelers’ tools can differ by up to half a size, and a few minutes now beats a resize later.
Care is simple. Sapphire’s Mohs 9 hardness shrugs off daily wear; an occasional wash in warm water with mild dish soap and a soft brush keeps both rings bright. A lint-free cloth finishes the job.
Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a sapphire teal?
Trace amounts of iron in the corundum crystal shift its color from pure blue toward green. When the two sit in balance, the stone reads as teal — a blue-green that changes emphasis with the light around it.
Is this a real sapphire?
Yes. The center stone is a lab-grown sapphire — genuine corundum with the same chemistry, Mohs 9 hardness, and brilliance as a mined sapphire. Growing it above ground makes the color more even and the stone fully conflict-free.
Will the color look different in different light?
Subtly, yes — and that is teal’s charm. Daylight pulls the stone toward ocean blue, while warm indoor light coaxes out the green. The color itself is permanent; only the emphasis shifts.
How is teal sapphire different from blue sapphire?
Chemically they are the same gemstone. A classic blue sapphire is prized for a single saturated hue, while a teal sapphire deliberately sits between blue and green — a more unusual, contemporary look for couples who want something less expected.
What exactly is included in this set?
Two rings sold together: the oval teal sapphire engagement ring with accent stones and its matching wedding band in the same metal. They arrive together in one luxury ring box, with free US shipping.
Is sapphire a good stone for everyday wear?
One of the best. At Mohs 9, sapphire is second only to diamond among widely worn gems, so it resists the scratches of daily life without special precautions.
Moissanite or natural diamond accents — how do I decide?
Moissanite (D, VVS1) gives near-flawless clarity with a touch more rainbow fire; natural diamond (G/H, eye-clean I1, conflict-free) offers the traditional white flash. Both are durable and beautiful — it comes down to taste and budget.
Which metal option is right for me?
10K white gold is the hardest and most affordable, 14K is the most popular all-rounder, and 18K carries the richest gold content. Platinum is naturally white, the most substantial in hand, and hypoallergenic.
Is the metal solid or plated?
Solid throughout. Whichever karat or platinum you choose, the metal is the same to its core — never plated or gold-filled — so the finish is permanent.
Can I wear the two rings separately?
Yes. The wedding band is a lovely minimalist ring on its own, and the engagement ring stands confidently solo. Together, though, they were designed to sit flush as one composition.
Can I add an engraving?
Yes — complimentary engraving of up to 16 characters is included. A date, coordinates, or a private phrase all fit.
How long will my set take to arrive?
Each set is made to order — please allow 3-5 weeks for crafting. Requested modifications can extend the timeline and may adjust pricing.
Is an appraisal available?
Yes, an optional appraisal can be added from the drop-down menu. The appraisal fee is non-refundable once the work has been performed.
✨ Production time

- Made-to-order solid gold and platinum: 3–6 weeks, depending on the design. Pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end.

- USPS Ground Advantage — free on every order
- FedEx Home Delivery® — $10
- FedEx 2Day® — $22

🌍 International
We ship worldwide with DHL. Live rates for your address are calculated at checkout — usually DHL Express Worldwide, with DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard also offered to some destinations as a slower, lower-cost option.
For many countries, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout for a smoother delivery — if prepaid, no additional fees are due on arrival. Customs fees are set by your country and are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Every order ships fully insured and requires a signature. Full details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Engraving is cut into the inside of the band, so it stays between the two of you.
AVAILABILITY
Engraving is offered on most — though not all — designs. If it is available for this ring, an engraving field appears with the options above.
CHARACTER LIMITS
Limits depend on the width and design of the band. Spaces count toward the total.
• Women’s rings: up to 16 characters
• Men’s rings: up to 25 characters
FONT AND SYMBOLS
Standard engraving is complimentary and set in Arial, chosen because it stays legible at very small sizes. These symbols are included at no extra cost:

Frequently Asked Questions
Every ring on this page is made in solid gold or platinum — never plated, never gold-filled. Solid gold comes in 10K, 14K and 18K across yellow, white and rose; our platinum is 95% pure, naturally hypoallergenic, and white the whole way through. Available metals vary by design and are listed in the selector above. Our Precious Metal Guide explains how each one wears.
Side by side and brand new, the two look almost identical. The difference shows up over years of wear.
White gold is a gold alloy finished with rhodium for brightness. It sits lighter on the hand and costs less, and the rhodium finish is refreshed every few years to keep it crisp.
Platinum is white all the way through, so there is no finish to renew. It is around 40% denser — noticeably weightier — and over time develops a soft matte patina that many people prefer. It can be polished back to a high shine whenever you like.
Our Platinum vs Gold guide compares durability, cost and upkeep in full.
Solid gold is gold throughout — alloyed for strength, but the same metal at the surface as at the core. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a layer of gold applied over it, which thins with wear and needs replating to stay bright. Rings on this page are solid gold or platinum only. Our Precious Metal Guide sets out where each makes sense.
Neither tarnishes. Gold and platinum are two of the most stable metals used in fine jewelry, and both hold their color indefinitely. Platinum does develop a satin patina as it is worn — that is surface texture rather than damage, and it polishes out at any time. Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush is all either metal asks for; see our Jewelry Care Guide.
Nothing on this page is pulled from a shelf. Each solid gold and platinum ring is cast, set and finished for your order, which takes 3 to 6 weeks depending on the design — pavé settings, custom sizing and engraving sit at the longer end. Shipping is added once your ring is finished, and paying for faster shipping speeds up transit only — it does not shorten production. Full timings are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Use the Size Chart linked beside the Add to Bag button, or our full Ring Size Chart. Because these rings are made to order, we cut your size from the start rather than resizing a stock band — so measure carefully. Your first resizing is free if it is still not right. Most designs can be adjusted, though eternity bands and rings with stones set the whole way around usually cannot.
On most designs, yes — if engraving is available for this ring, a text field appears with the options above. Standard engraving is complimentary: up to 16 characters on women’s rings and 25 on men’s, set in Arial, with a small selection of symbols included. Custom fonts and symbols are $25 and are arranged before you order. See the Engraving page for what is possible. Engraved rings are final sale.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn rings in original condition. Because solid gold and platinum rings are made to order, they are subject to a restocking fee, and engraved pieces are final sale. Full terms are on our Returns & Refunds page. Every ring is also covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
