I noticed others state that the plating came off within the same day or two of receiving the rings. I however had not had that problem including when I had to do some impromptu work on my car. I have a tiny little spot where the ring got scratched by a bolt I was holding where the plating has come off and that's it. The quality of the rings are great, they're beautiful and practical and my husband also loves his.
