    misleading advertisements

    Beautiful ring, however, color was definitely Chrome over silver; did not appear black, dark Chrome or graphite color. The Chrome is exquisite, however,clearly advertised as black. Had I known the "bllack" appeared Chrome, i wouldn't have purchased. Customer service was not apologetic or reasonable and actually seemed rude and treated me as I wasnot capableof seeing the difference between Chrome and black
