Made-to-order means each piece is crafted only after you order it, rather than being mass-produced and sitting in inventory. Aquamarise® uses this model to maximize quality without excess production and wastage. Many designs are made to order or produced in limited quantities, preserving quality, intention, and exclusivity while minimizing environmental impact.

Insurance and Appraisals
Yes, Aquamarise® offersjewelry appraisal services for pieces purchased from us. Appraisals are carried out by a local independent jeweler in Niceville or Crestview, Florida, and include a detailed written report covering materials, craftsmanship, design details, and current market demand for your records. Adding an appraisal may extend the lead time by 2-4 days, and appraisal fees are non-refundable once the appraisal is completed. Moissanites over 1/2 carat include a GRA certificate, while diamonds over 1/2 carat come with GIA or IGI reports.
Aquamarise® does not provide insurance coverage for purchases. OurLimited Warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. For complete protection, customers are encouraged to obtain independent jewelry insurance through a third-party provider.
Aquamarise® jewelry does not automatically come with a valuation certificate. Instead, pieces come with relevant grading certifications depending on the stone, such asGRA certificates for moissanite over 1/2 carat, and IGI or GIA grading reports for lab-grown and natural diamonds over 1/2 carat. These certificates confirm quality and authenticity but are not valuation documents. If a valuation certificate is needed, it is available separately through our optionaljewelry appraisal service.
Ring Sizing & Fit
You can find your ring size by measuring the inner circumference of a ring that already fits you comfortably or by using a simple measuring tape or string around your finger. The measurement is usually taken in millimeters, which is the global standard (ISO 8653:2016). For example, a US size 6 corresponds to a 51.9 mm circumference and 16.5 mm diameter. Ring sizes vary by region, but Aquamarise® offers a full range of sizes, including whole, half, and quarter sizes (for gold and platinum rings) to ensure a precise fit. You can also use a conversion chart from ourring size guide to match international sizing systems.
If you’re between two sizes, it’s usually best to choose the larger size for comfort, especially since fingers can swell during the day. Wider bands may also require going up half a size. Aquamarise® offers half and quarter sizes (for select rings) to help you achieve a more precise fit.
Yes, ring sizing standards are the same for both men and women across the US, UK, and European systems. The difference is typically in average size ranges; women most commonly wear US 6-6½, while men most commonly wear US 9-10½. Aquamarise® uses universal sizing for a consistent fit.
Yes, Aquamarise® offers half sizes for most ring styles. This allows for a more accurate and comfortable fit when a full size feels slightly too loose or tight. Half sizes are especially useful for engagement and wedding rings, where a precise fit matters for everyday wear.
Yes, Aquamarise® offersquarter sizes forSolid Gold and Platinum rings. These finer increments are designed for maximum precision, helping customers achieve a near-custom fit. Quarter sizes are especially helpful for comfort-focused or daily-wear rings.
Yes, most Aquamarise® rings can be resized. Solid gold and platinum rings typically allow resizing up to two sizes in either direction. Some materials, such as tungsten or fully stone-set eternity bands, cannot be resized due to their design and durability constraints.
Resizing at Aquamarise® starts from $65, depending on the material and complexity. Solid gold and platinum rings are generally easier and more flexible to resize. Sterling silver and gold vermeil may have a limited resizing range. Materials like tungsten, titanium, Damascus steel, and fully stone-set eternity bands usually cannot be resized.
Custom Jewelry & Design
Yes, Aquamarise® specializes incustom engagement rings and wedding jewelry made in solid gold or platinum. Custom projects begin with a consultation to discuss design preferences, gemstones, and personal symbolism. Custom designs are handcrafted from scratch based on your specifications, not selected from existing inventory.
Acustom ring is built from scratch to your specifications rather than selected from existing inventory. You choose the metal, center stone, setting style, and engraving. Our custom process is collaborative and handcrafted. Our team handles 3D rendering, goldsmithing, stone setting, and finishing. Solid gold and platinum designs start at $1,000 and have a two- to five-week turnaround.
Custom engagement rings typically take two to five weeks from design approval to completion. Solid gold and platinum custom designs require two to eight weeks, depending on design complexity, material availability, and production schedules. If exotic or special-order materials are requested, additional time may be required.
Thecustom ring process follows four stages: (1) Consultation and quote where you share your vision and budget (Days 1-3), (2) 3D design and approval where you receive detailed renderings (5-7 days), (3) Handcrafted production by our jewelers (2-5 weeks), and (4) Delivery fully insured with signature tracking in our signature presentation box.
Yes, you receive a detailed 3D rendering of your custom ring during the design and approval stage. Production begins only after your full approval of the rendering.
Yes, you can request revisions during the 3D Design & Approval stage. Aquamarise® works with you to refine every detail, such as curves, settings, proportions, and overall design, until it feels just right. There’s no strict limit on revisions within this stage; adjustments are made collaboratively based on your feedback. However, once you give full approval of the final 3D rendering, the design moves into handcrafted production, and no further changes can be made.
Customizing Existing Designs
Yes, you can customize existing Aquamarise® designs. Options may include choosing the metal type, selecting different gemstones, and adjusting the ring size. However, the availability of customization depends on the specific design, as some styles have structural limitations. For a fully personalized order, visit ourBuild Your Custom Ring page.
Yes, in many cases, you can change the gemstone in an existing Aquamarise® design. Options depend on the setting and structure, and we can guide you on suitable alternatives that fit securely and maintain the intended design.
Yes, select designs can be made in different metals such as solid gold or platinum. Availability depends on the design's original structure and durability requirements.
Yes, finish or texture modifications (such as polished, matte, or brushed) are possible for many designs. Options vary depending on the ring's style and craftsmanship.
Couples Rings
Couple’s ring sets at Aquamarise® include two, and sometimes three, coordinated rings designed for partners to wear as a connected pair. Each set shares intentional design elements such as matching metals, shapes, inlays, or gemstone themes, creating a unified look. These rings represent a visual and emotional bond between two people, whether through matching stones or complementary details. They are designed for all milestones, including couples'engagement rings, wedding rings, andmatching rings to mark meaningful commitments.
Aquamarise® offers signaturecouples' rings, includingmatching wedding bands, promise rings, andanniversary bands. Collections featurefantasy-inspired designs fromOrion Nebula®,Starry Night™,Skye Kite®, andLovers of the Dark™. Each piece is created to mark meaningful moments and milestones for couples.
Yes, couples rings can be customized depending on the material. Solid gold and platinum couples' rings can be fully customized to match. Sterling silver and vermeil allow ring size or metal finish adjustments.Contact us to discuss a bespokematching wedding ring set built around a specific stone or metal combination.
No, couples' ring sets don’t have to use the same gemstone. You can choose different stones while keeping a shared design theme, metal, or setting style, so both rings still feel visually and emotionally connected.
Couple ring sets at Aquamarise® are designed and sold as coordinated pairs, not as unrelated individual rings. While each ring is crafted and sized individually for each partner to ensure comfort and a perfect fit, they are created and ordered together as a matching set. This approach ensures that both pieces share a unified design while remaining tailored separately, so the rings connect visually and emotionally as one complete pair.
Aquamarise® couples rings are designed with intentional cohesion rather than being two standalone pieces. Each set incorporates shared design elements such as matching metals, gemstones, inlays, or symbolic motifs, so the rings feel visually and meaningfully connected as a pair. Unlike regular rings, which are designed to be worn independently, couples' rings at Aquamarise® are crafted to complement each other while still being individually sized, representing two pieces that belong together as part of a unified story.
Yes, engraving can be added to both rings in a set. Couples often choose matching dates, initials, or split messages that complete each other when the rings are viewed or placed side by side.
Engraving Process & Policies
Engraving at Aquamarise® is complimentary in our standard Arial (Print) font on all rings, including couples’ sets, across sterling silver, vermeil, tungsten, titanium, gold, and platinum. This ensures that every ring can carry a personal message at no extra cost for standard engraving.
At Aquamarise®, we offer Arial (Print) as our standard engraving font. It is clean, simple, and highly legible, making it suitable for all ring styles and materials. For narrower bands, we especially recommend Arial so the engraving remains clear, precise, and easy to read on the inside of the ring.
At Aquamarise®,women’s rings can accommodate up to 16 characters, including spaces. This allows for clear, well-balanced engraving on the inner band. The limit may vary slightly depending on the ring width, and we recommend keeping messages short for better readability and engraving quality.
Men’s rings at Aquamarise® can hold up to 25 characters, including spaces. This allows for longer messages such as names, dates, or short phrases. Final capacity may vary based on ring size and band width. Engraving is kept clean, legible, and well-centered.
Yes, Aquamarise® supports select symbols, including: ♥ ♡ ☾ ✩ ★ ✿ ♬ ♯ • ■. If you have a special symbol, logo, or icon you'd like engraved, email us the design as an SVG file. Approval is required in advance, and we assess feasibility based on ring width and design limitations.
Most Aquamarise® rings with a band width of 1.4mm or wider can be engraved. This includes sterling silver, vermeil, tungsten, titanium, gold, and platinum rings. Engraving is placed inside the band alongside the metal hallmark, preserving authenticity while keeping your personal message discreet and meaningful.
Engraving at Aquamarise® typically takes 3 to 5 business days. This allows time for precision laser work and quality checks. The timeline is added to standard production and shipping times, so each personalized ring is carefully finished without compromising detail or craftsmanship.
No, engraved rings at Aquamarise® are final sale because they are personalized specifically for you. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error in the engraving text from our side. This policy helps maintain the integrity of custom-made jewelry and protects personalized craftsmanship. View ourCustom & Personalized Orders Policy for more details.
Yes, most engraved Aquamarise® rings can still be resized depending on the material. Solid gold and platinum allow resizing within limits, whereas tungsten, titanium, and certain designs do not. Resizing can be performed on most engraved rings without removing the engraving, though the positioning may shift slightly due to structural adjustments.Contact us to request resizing and receive a quote for your specific piece.
Resizing an engraved Aquamarise® ring starts from $65 for sterling silver, vermeil, tungsten carbide, and titanium. Solid gold and platinum resizing costs vary depending on complexity. The engraving remains intact, and pricing depends on the material, design structure, and any required adjustments. Get in touch with us torequest a resizing and obtain a quote tailored to your specific piece.
If the engraving does not match the text submitted at checkout, Aquamarise® will correct it at no charge. We strongly advise reviewing spelling, spacing, and punctuation before ordering. Since engraving is produced exactly as entered, accuracy at checkout is essential.
