This ring completely exceeds my expectations and it is absolutely gorgeous! I chose alexandrite for the meaning behind the stone: balance, transformation, joy, and good fortune. I have overcome several health issues over the past few years, surviving an aortic dissection and facing breast cancer. I bought this ring to commemorate my survival. The stone is a brilliant green in natural light and I was mesmerized to see it change to a deep purple, teal, and blue with a couple of tiny flashes of red in the evening light. The ring is absolutely amazing!it fits so perfectly and I love how the stone plays tricks on your eyes depending on the lighting! The green is a deep teal/emerald green and then next thing you know, you’re seeing a little bit of blue and purple. Alexandrite has become my favorite stone and I am in love with this ring. The male and female rings are both so beautiful! They remind me of the ocean or stained glass and shimmer beautifully in the sunlight. My boyfriend loves his ring because he wants to show off his relationship, and most men's rings are very dull.
