Trying to get the ring I ordered and it says it delivered to my place while I was home went outside and it never arrived.
Not a knock on the the door , picture of it at the door as it said or anything to show value for the item purchased
When contacting saying nothing can be done until usps confirms it wasn’t delivered even though I called when it stated it was delivered and informed them it wasnt delivered just to be told I have to wait 24 hrs just to report it then have to wait for an insurance claim to be processed and then wait again for a replacement
Feel very scammed when I spent weeks and days to choose this company to trust with this day and I feel now have a lie saying my ring is here and nothing to celebrate my day because a fake delivery notice
The people seem kind but when asking about refund for the error so I can try to make the event happen through another ring was stated it can’t happen because it was marked as delivered and even with confirming right away the issue I was told can only replace.even though on the website deems returns and refund to be “hassle free” Just seems slimy and a way to not complete orders
By the time it arrives the plan and everything I planned to give my partner her gift will now be canceled because there’s no ring to present because of the process they have set up for failure. Could’ve proceed with the process of expediting a replacement to make up for they’re incompetent trust in delivery but instead I’m being told to jump through hoops, wait on timers and send emails to the seller plus go in store to talk to usps but shouldn’t have to do that I payed for a service and an items told it was deemed to be delivered on a certain date and so I agreed to that and now that it wasn’t fulfilled being felt like it’s my fault or I need to do more work just to get a product I ordered
Very disappointed and as a consumer would’ve like to see reviews like this to know the real consumer example of how their shipping system works
