Aquamarise® is a fine jewelry studio specializing in fantasy-inspired jewelry, non-traditional engagement rings, couples’ rings, and custom wedding jewelry. Each design begins with an original in-house sketch and is created with symbolism and craftsmanship in mind.

How do I find my ring size?

You can find your ring size using the Aquamarise® Ring Size Guide, a printable sizing tool, or by ordering a physical plastic ring sizer delivered to your home for the most accurate fit.

What if I’m between two ring sizes?

Most Aquamarise® styles are available in whole and half sizes. Solid gold, platinum, and custom-made pieces can be made in quarter sizes for a more precise fit. If unsure, we recommend choosing the slightly larger size, especially for wider bands.

Do wider bands fit differently?

Yes. Wider bands tend to fit more snugly than thinner bands. You may wish to size up slightly for comfort when ordering wider ring styles.

What if the ring is a surprise gift and the size is wrong?

For U.S. orders, Aquamarise® offers up to two complimentary size exchanges on eligible designs, provided the item is not customized or engraved. Customized or engraved items are final sale.

Does Aquamarise® offer custom engagement rings?

Yes. Aquamarise® specializes in custom engagement rings and wedding jewelry made in solid gold or platinum. Custom projects begin with a consultation to discuss design details and gemstone options.

Are Aquamarise® gemstones ethically sourced?

Yes. Since 2017, all Aquamarise® gemstones have been sourced from conflict-free suppliers that follow the Kimberley Process and responsible mining standards.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout, but carrier transit times are not guaranteed.

Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

Aquamarise® guarantees timely shipment from our studio based on the selected shipping method. Delivery timing depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed once the package is in transit.

Does Aquamarise® offer a warranty?

Yes. Aquamarise® offers a warranty covering eligible manufacturing issues. Our team is happy to assist with repairs, resizing, and care questions.
