How long does it take to receive a response?+
We typically reply to all messages within 1 business day. During holidays or high-volume seasons responses may take a little longer — but you will hear from us soon.
When will my order ship?+
Most ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–4 business days. Custom-made or made-to-order pieces in solid gold or platinum typically take 2–5 weeks depending on complexity. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Absolutely. Include your gemstone preference, metal type (we customize in solid gold or platinum only), and any inspiration photos when you contact us, and we will provide a quote and estimated timeline.
